Mental health and gender equality are important aspects of a healthy and respectful society. Creating awareness among students about these topics helps them understand their emotions and treat others with fairness and empathy. To promote this awareness, Welfare Kalka Foundation , a NGO in Ghaziabad organized a seminar . The seminar aimed to educate students about mental well-being, stress management, and the importance of gender equality in everyday life. The session was designed to be interactive so that students could openly discuss their feelings, learn from experts, and understand how respect and equality can positively impact their personal and social lives.
